CTC 13 - Christmas Cards

Welcome to a new challenge at CASE-ing the Catty.  We are currently checking out the great inspirational projects in the Stampin' Up! ® Holiday Catalogue and this week the theme is Christmas Cards.

So here's the challenge - find a Christmas Card from within the Holiday Catalogue to use as inspiration.  You can directly CASE (Copy and Share Everything)  it or use the sketch/layout, colour combo, embellishment, just to name a few examples, as a springboard for your own creations.

Once again, the Design Team have gone all out to inspire you to play along this fortnight.  What a great line up of Christmas Cards -

The Design Team fell in love with the beautifully coloured featured panel on your little gift box.  I have been eyeing off so many creative projects using this new die from Stampin' Up! ® that it finally made it onto my latest order.  Can't wait to have a play with the Curvy Keepsake Box Die when it arrives.

There's Still Time to Play at CTC and Here's a Sketch to Help You Along

The count down is on and there's still 3 days for you to join in with our latest challenge at CASE-ing the Catty.  Life starts to get busy as we head towards the Holiday Season and so I decided to switch to FORTNIGHTLY Challenges for our Holiday Catalogue Challenges.  The first one in this series is all about TAGS!

For CTC #11 we're asking you to CASE a Tag.  So here's what you need to do - find a tag or set of tags that you like from within the Holiday Catalogue (Download PDF on side bar).  You can directly CASE (Copy and Share Everything) or use a sketch/layout, colour combo, embellishment, just to name a few examples, as a springboard for your own creations.

Just because we are getting inspiration from the Holiday Catalogue, doesn't mean you have to do a holiday themed project.  I've made a sketch from one of the tags that you can see on page 28. I hope it helps to get you inspired before the challenge deadline on Thursday night!  We'd really love you to join us.

Link up your project HERE.

CASE-ing the Catty Challenge #11 - Tags

It's Friday night and we're beginning a new round of challenges at CTC.  We've just spent the last ten weeks CASE-ing our way through the Annual Stampin' Up! ® Catalogue and it's now time to move onto the Holiday Catty.  Challenges will also be FORTNIGHTLY from now on to give you more time to play along.
For CTC #11 we're asking you to CASE a Tag.  So here's what you need to do - find a tag or set of tags that you like from within the Holiday Catalogue.  You can directly CASE (Copy and Share Everything) or use a sketch/layout, colour combo, embellishment, just to name a few examples, as a springboard for your own creations.

Our Top CASE for CASE-ing the Catty Challenge #10

Hi and welcome back to CASE-ing the Catty.  I've returned from Canberra (school trip with some of our senior students) just in time to post the Top CASE for this week's challenge.

Thank you to all the entrants that took the time out to wow us with your gorgeous Artistic Expression projects.  It was difficult for the DT to settle on only one winner so this week we have a tie!

Congratulations to Helen and Kirsty.

Helen's emboss resist feather card and Kirsty's floral CASE were beautiful examples of how you can gain inspiration from the catty.  Thanks for joining us at CTC.
